My lawyer and I have ben trading e-mails about the house over the past couple of weeks. We're close to closing. Close, but not quite yet. Still need to finalize the day for both sides. Maybe tomorrow?

Thanks, but I'm dealing with this one day at a time. The seller's tenants appear to have moved out, but no date yet. I'll let everyone know when it happens.
