It certainly does! I've been trying to get my non-LJ journal syndicated on here, and you can do it.

You also get to decide my syndicated account's name. Nooo, wipe that evil smirk off your face please.

The syndication page is at http://www.livejournal.com/syn/. You'd go there, scroll to the bottom, type in a name for the account (like johnnyfeng or crapforbrains or something) and for the feed URL put in http://www.slickninja.com/posse/jfeng/texts/index.rdf.

Then the posts from my site should start showing up in your friends list. I might need to fiddle with the feed a little bit to get everything looking right, but that ought to work.
