It is a tribute to the value of being overrated that a very popular industry standard virus scanner that costs quite a lot of money and slows your system down significantly failed to pick up a virus on my USB stick several times, whereas the second I patched it through to my virtual PC running a free virus scanner (Avast! if you want to know) it ( Read more... )

I am in Japan until the 30th. I am loving it here and I seriously want to live here. No, seriously considering it. My sister speaks fluent Japanese so I am at least going to learn enough to get by and visit again next year

A personal account of a guy who goes backpacking around Europe for two weeks. Despite talking about it constantly (as one would) and calling the night before to say goodbye, his girlfriend doesn't actually get that he's going to be away for two weeks.
