my desires are bigger than my garden, for sure. mahawara April 5 2009, 20:37:20 UTC
Did you soak your peppers before planting?

we'd definitely like some:
oak leaf
spinach
carrots
kale
beets
cucumber (I think our cucumbers may have gotten hit by potato beetles. you can supposedly give your plants a better chance by keeping them under row cover until they flower. Infection(virus) takes about a month to kill the plant, so they get more fruiting time this way.)

we have already picked up:
another variety of lettuce,
purple podded shelling peas

we have some:
assorted herb seeds (though not sure if I know where our basil is) as well as
zinnias
pansies
sunflowers
to share and will likely be picking up some things next weekend.

wish list:
golden cucumbers
Rainbow chard
mustard greens
chives and garlic chives
rhubarb plant
any and all herbs
and especially those (like chamomile and mint) that could be used in teas

we should have a coordination meeting this week. :)

We may very likely like some beets, brussle sprouts, and bush beans and possibly spinach.
