Only Michael Emerson can take a character who has done SO MANY TERRIBLE things and make you feel sorry for him ( ... )

Ben looked like he really wanted a hug. He was just looking for someone to acknowledge him and ask for his help. Which ties in very well with the FS. OnIsland he isn't thought of as important or basically in a good light. However in the FS, he was respected and liked. Locke and Arzt helped him pursue the principle position and Alex willingly went to him for help. Great parallels to how he's treated by others ( ... )

I think "Dr. Linus" has been the best FS story YET because it was so well-written due to the parallels being so spot on ( ... )
