Food Flipping

One of the things that I make myself on a regular basis is tortellini with some sort of tomato based sauce. When I mix the pasta with the sauce, I don't like to use a fork, or any utensil at all, because it can smush the tortellini, or make the stuff inside fall out. So lately, I've been trying to mix it around by having the pasta fly out the edge

That's awesome. I tried flipping an egg once. It.. uh.. missed the pan on the way down. The results weren't pretty :(

It may have landed out of the pan, and maybe it wasn't pretty. But at least you tried. I'm proud of you, Kats!
