This was an interesting letter that appeared in the Anchorage Daily News by what appears to be a respected member of scarface productions.  The closest this country has ever had to an IQ test at the polls were the literacy tests required under the Jim Crow Laws.  If this letter had been written in 1905 it would have read, "I say, implement literacy ( Read more... )
