1. I'll respond with something random I like about you.

your Idealism. As much as it's frustrated and annoyed me over the years, it has been one aspect of your personality I truly admire.

2. I'll tell you what song/movie/recipe reminds me of you.

"Long Hard Road out of Hell"- Marilyn Manson. Yeah, you'd probably never listen to it, but it sounds a lot like your life.

3. I'll name something we should do together.

Um, I dunno?

4. I'll say something that only makes sense to you and me (or just me).

"I still didn't vote for you. I just wanted to make that clear."

5. I'll tell you my first/clearest memory of you - that I remember.

I really can't recall. You were wearing something red and blue though. I can guarantee that.

6. I'll leave you a quote that is somehow appropriate to you.

"Adversus solem ne loquitor"

7. I'll ask you something that I've always wondered about you.

Why did it take so long for you to move on?

1. Why does idealism frustrate and annoy you?

2. Now I have to listen to it...just to see what it says.

4. Heh. I guess that my hope and wish for you to do more, be more will always haunt me like this. Maybe it is part of that darn idealism?

7. Whatever gave you the idea that I have "moved on"? Why did it take so short of a time for you or everyone else to "move on"? What the hell is that supposed to mean anyway...move on? I love Tonnie every bit and just as deeply and forever as I have since the first moment that I swore it. I still feel it just as much now as then. Is me trying to get it through my thick skull that Steph's position of there can be more than one real true love equal me "moving on"?

Forgot to answer the bonus question you asked Steph:

"What do you want to be when you grow up? I think it's a valid question for everyone (and should've asked the others above as well)

To be a better man.

1. I'll respond with something random I like about you.

Your growth and change over the time I've known you. (I can't say the rest of it- this is a family journal after all! :) )

2. I'll tell you what song/movie/recipe reminds me of you.

46 and 2. Pet. Whatever, something Tool or APC

3. I'll name something we should do together.

Get your computer working? Dinner? Go to another Tool/APC show?

4. I'll say something that only makes sense to you and me (or just me).

Look, Footwork!

5. I'll tell you my first/clearest memory of you - that I remember.

I really can't think of any. You've just kinda always been around.

6. I'll leave you a quote that is somehow appropriate to you.

"When you're through changing, you're through."

7. I'll ask you something that I've always wondered about you.

Are you planning on going back to school?

"Are you planning on going back to school?"

As a matter of fact, I've just this week gotten my hands on the appropriate documentation from my shrink to submit to ASU, and I've spoken to someone in the Dean's office about the correct way to submit everything. I'm hoping in the next month and a half to get everything sorted out for fall registration.

"One Week"- Bare Naked Ladies.
Mmm. I still remember that concert.

"So, is it ok if I take your boyfriend out on a date?"
Absolutely. Just so long as you return him with all his limbs intact. :)

Not really the first (by a decent stretch) but I do fondly recall the day you asked me to be your drop-dead for Atenveldt. Ever regret it? ;)
Probably not nearly as often as you regretted saying "yes". ;)

What do you want to be when you grow up? I think it's a valid question for everyone (and should've asked the others above as well)

Closest answer I have? I writer, a wife, and a mom.

Oh, and yes, on the Margarita. :)

1. I'll respond with something random I like about you.

You're the only person I know geekier about legos than I am.

2. I'll tell you what song/movie/recipe reminds me of you.

"Ohm Sweet Ohm"- Apoptygma Berzerk

3. I'll name something we should do together.

Find some way to get back in the same state at least, and have dinner. It's only been what, a decade and a half?

4. I'll say something that only makes sense to you and me (or just me).\

Or maybe I wont.

5. I'll tell you my first/clearest memory of you - that I remember.

Our first 'date'

6. I'll leave you a quote that is somehow appropriate to you.

“I didn't fail the test, I just found 100 ways to do it wrong”- Benjamin Franklin

7. I'll ask you something that I've always wondered about you.

What if?

No kidding! Maybe you should come for the reunion. Actually, we should crash the Class of 90's reunion since we both know a lot of peeps in that class. :)

4. I'll say something that only makes sense to you and me (or just me).
Or maybe I wont.

Is that the quote? Or are you saying you won't say something? :)

Our first 'date'

Hee that was the best date ever. I got in so much trouble when I got home too! But I didn't care.

“I didn't fail the test, I just found 100 ways to do it wrong”- Benjamin Franklin

Hahah I like that one.

What if?

No fair! You stole mine.

Posting the questions momentarily!
