I can barely breathe without:

-True Blood, especially Vampire Bill and Detective Andy and pig
-Lady Gaga and her VMA performance of my favorite song of hers, "Paparazzi"
-Matt Good's new album Vancouver which can be streamed off of his website until October

I get the distinct impression that some people I used to know might also be in those pictures.

While I'm pretty cut off from that scene these days, I'm definitely not a different person, I just have certain roadblocks in my social life that prevent me from being an active member of the community. :/

That's part of my feeling this way, but the pictures I found actually are of a completely other group of friends that I've grown away from and in specific one friend who has now moved away completely.

I think part of me feeling like a different person is the fact that I have grown up and matured from what/who I was at 19, 20 and I'm trying to synthesize a new ...me, I guess, and find out what makes me tick. I guess nothing is as permanent as I thought it would be.

But thus is life.

True Blood is quite possibly the best thing that's ever been on TV.

Man, season two is light years better than season one. All the shows that I am really excited to watch again are all on specialty cable channels: Dexter and Californication, to be specific. But I honestly think that True Blood is edging up there to be considered with Deadwood and The Wire in terms of the best television I have ever seen.
