Can anyone recommend any Australian sites I can order stuff off (books, DVDs, that sort of thing) to get sent 'locally' straight to my bro's place in Melbourne?

S. tells me that she's gotten you all excited with the idea of a "trained chef" coming to visit in the summer... so I thought I'd do some damage control and make sure you know that, while I did attend a Le Cordon Bleu cooking school, my current job (and my usual tendencies) aren't exactly up to fine dining standards. Tasty, yes -- frighteningly high-end, no.
