Returning to the point of origin

In a little over a week, I'll be taking a plane to San Diego to visit the family since one of the family was just diagnosed with cancer. Although chemo is having some effect, it was still suggested that I do a "just in case" visit and then return in December for my parents' 50th anniversary. I'm doing something similar with Texas. Do I stay in Minneapolis? Return to Texas now that mom and dad have died? The rest of the family is here. Seattle is my first love. If this helps, nothing is changing about where you live. You still have your home in Seattle. Can you compartmentalize the trip?

I hadn't considered compartmentalization, but now that you've mentioned it, it sounds like a good idea. If nothing else I should get a visit in to Mysterious Galaxy to buy books.

Yeah, I can see that. I hope you have the right time down there. Maybe that's a "good" time, or not, but I'll hope for the right one, the one that's most needed.
