toaster ovens are all you really need. and AC is for pussies. or people who are broke like me. i admire your fortitude - drinks this weekend?

i just used my toaster oven, like, seventy times today. i love it.
also, re: air conditioning, i like to think that i'm not only saving the earth, i'm saving my bank account. everyone wins!

hell yeah, drinks for sure.

i looove toaster ovens. we didn't have a microwave at home for many years, until my parents got one as a wedding gift. we never really got in the habit of using it.

no microwave? good anne. my german family didn't have one and it took a little getting used to, but it was all good after that. i kinda liked it. do you stovetop the beef ravioli, then?

yes ma'am, the beef goes in a pan.

the only thing i find myself a little perplexed about is how to heat up leftovers. i suspect i will have to get something like a large casserole dish and put 'em in the oven.

i always used a pan on the stovetop for leftovers & it worked pretty well, but i suppose it matters what sort of leftovers you have.
