The Allure of the Peaceful Life

It is such a warm day, I almost cannot believe that February has just begun!  It is in the '70s here.  A more perfect day for skipping work could not be asked for but, as usual, I shall be responsible and work on my goals.  Instead, I contented myself with hauling my bike down from the deck of my third floor apartment and riding around the complex

I'm jealous, I've been stuck in my office all day! Then again it isn't 70 degrees here. Supposedly it is closer to 60.

It is still lovely outside but the bad thing about working a late shift is not being able to enjoy the nice weather in the evening as well. I am tempted to take a half sick day especially if the calls after lunch prove to be stressful. :)
