This project is about putting a face to the people who come to Sutha’s Restaurant on as part of the Cuff Road Meals Programme (CRMP) by Transient Workers Count 2 (TWC2) for dinner every night. These are men who, incurring large debts for their agents’ fees, had come to Singapore with high hopes
