Came home again from work. I'm very tempted to just quit, as there's no way I'll be able to stay after May, when I literally can't work Sunday evenings due to HMS Pinafore performances. At least if I don't have a job I'll have a reason to go looking for one. Not having one and being able to devote my time to the play without worrying about

Y'know, I know I haven't talked to you in aeons but...
Well, review your options and then make a realistic choice. You don't have to give up what you enjoy doing in order to procure money/make a living doing something else.

I've recently decided that the one thing I want to do in life is take theatre classes. Major in English, minor in theatre, because that's just... I love it. I love the idea of it, the happiness I've always retained from performing, from being someone else for everyone else, for getting down the root of a character and playing them to the best of my abilities. It just makes me so happy. It's something I really want to do.

But the money thing... You don't make anything, really. Not enough to get you by. And if you do? You're damned lucky. It's just... It sucks. Something I really want to do, and I couldn't afford to live while doing it. Irony.

Whatever you decide, babe, I'll be behind you, you know that. But please make sure you decided and stick to it. Though know that you WILL have to have odd jobs throughout the years to keep you going if you do go the theatre route.
