lately I've been babysitting a little grey-eyed speed demon named Johnny.
the boy can't walk, however he can teleport himself to the cabinet where Mommy keeps the Drain-O.
he has taught himself to sneeze, and does so whenever he wants attention or immediately AFTER anyone says, "God bless you."

positive effects of excessive procrastination:
As of July 1, US residents no longer need visas to enter the Ukraine.
Saves me some hassle/money.
Also makes it easier to visit. If anyone has the desire and/or the balls. I know several of you poor smucks will be freezing your tooshies off in Moscow this winter.
