There's a servant to show in visitors; Jibril is shown in to where Lucretia's seated on a sofa, going through a stack of paperwork. She looks up quizzically as he enters, offering a quick smile. "Sheik Al'Rachid, I presume? Good evening." She rises and sets her papers aside, offering a hand.

I think you might want to check with Lucretia on the contract; there could be fine print that precludes the use of loinclothes as a physician's uniform.
