Yesterday my Mom and I went to Arcadia and I got one of those horseshoe crab clocks (finally), then we went to the cemetery where my Mom's adoptive parents are buried. I never met them as they died before I was born so I spent the majority of the time taking pics of bizarre headstones (there was a LOT of them) and pretty marble statues. Picspam

Can you imagine having a loved one in the grave next to this? It is like living next door to the weird house on the block with the striped paint and 100 lawn gnomes.

That "weird house" you're describing is my DREAM HOME! HDU!

This whole cemetery was nuts! There was giant homemade cutouts of Jesus on the cross and small crosses made out of wood they got from like Home Depot next to GIANT granite stones. One grave had those 100 gnomes you speak of, sorta. I'll post the pics later today. It was crazy.
