Belated Merry Christmas, everyone! Ours was exceptionally small (almost only my immediate family, but bonus: don't have to write thank you notes!). I got lots of clothes from my brother, money to go out shopping this week, a HD webcam (time to start up my saucy video service), and some stuff for the kitchen. Mind you, I did get a brand-new car

I turned the TV on at one point in the middle of "The End of Time" and I was all "NOPE"

LOL. columbina was channel-surfing that day, came across the scene when the Vinvocci are sneaking Ten out in the bondage chair, and was all WHAT THE HELL IS THIS SHIT. I couldn't tell him to turn it off fast enough.

I enjoyed the Christmas special -- I loved Madge and especially Cyril, and the end scene with Amy and Eleven was priceless. There might have even been something in my eye at a few points. I admit nothing.

Anyway, I'm glad you're having a good Christmas break, and hope you're feeling better soon. Nyquil and terrible movies are pretty much the cure for everything.

I was seriously "meh" about this one - made me go and rewatch Christmas Carol and love it twice as much. The ending with the Ponds was about the only thing I liked.

I hope you're not getting the cold that makes everyone lose their voice. I had that and I'm still trying to kick the sore throat.

ANOTHER HAPPY BELATED XMAS. We had a really, really small Christmas too but it was nice.
