Hmmm, well obviously you would have had to be on Skype already in order for it to have found you in its database, plus your Skype name or email would have had to vaguely match one of my contact entries. The phrasing of its message was a bit misleading, it would have made more sense for it to say 'Jigsaw Pig thinks he might know you, can you confirm this?".
