Scans: Trinity #9

Aug 03, 2008 20:48

I'm very behind on many things (darn you, last week of classes!) but I promise I'll get to a bunch of comments soon!  I didn't want to wait much longer before putting up the Trinity scans for this week, which have a fair amount of awesome stuff.  Dick Grayson kind of manages to steal the show again.  :)

When last we left Bruce, he was being attacked ( Read more... )

He keeps random utility belts in trees now?

Also, I love that "Paranoid much?" So in addition to the mask-cams and the various lenses, we know the masks are also incendiary devices and can be used to blow locks in an emergency.

Much love for Babs being all, "I have all the pieces, now to put them together."

And am I the only one who's thinking these personal possessions are for use in some form of sympathetic magic?

Isn't that awesome? I totally meant to mention that and forgot, lol. Oh Bruce...

The mask information was really cool too!

It seems really likely. *nods* Maybe to control them? It can't be simply to harm them, or the Joker wouldn't be part of the equation...

I'm getting into the plot now!

Sympathetic magic, absolutely!

And utility belts in trees is so Silver Age. Superman and Supergirl used to keep their robots in trees all the time. ;)

Alfred just made me grin awesomely. ;)

Dick is wonderful! He should be given a lot of screen time as he's so important to Bruce (are you listening, DC?).

Love seeing Barbara!

The soul bond is interesting! I'm kind of playing around with that idea though with two separate couples in The Body Sings. It'll probably spill over into the Trinity at some point, too. :)

I loved the 'lightening up' jokes.

And Clark asking Bruce if he's coming to the Cave. Aww! Can't stay away from his Bat for long, can he? ;)

I love that touch. Just imagining Bruce...designing a secret tree-container. It cracks me up. :)

Soul bonds are always fun! So many possibilities for fic...

This series is so full of glee and slashiness. And it even has Nightwing and Robin this week! Ack, bah on my bookstore for only stocking once a month.

What's Diana up to this week?

Diana was shopping with Etta! And the Swashbuckler attacked and blew up the mall and kissed Etta, which was...very odd. I mean, he did it to steal her name badge, but still.

*bounces*

I really this weeks issue! BatClan for the win! :D

LOL, I love the image of Bruce going around and putting utility belts and uniforms in random hollow trees around Wayne Manor! And Superman coming to his rescue, aww!

Alfred is god.

..in some kind of soul bond? Oh, we do all hope so, Clark. Yes, we do.

*bounces and squees* Oh, I certainly hope so too! That surely would be such a great gift to us if it comes true. :)

Isn't that a great image? Oh Bruce... :)

And oh, soul bond possibilities abound, don't they? Man, if he's already feeling Bruce's emotions, that's a fic right there, isn't it?
