Yeah, that kind of implication doesn't sit well with me either. Personally, I don't see any reason why this would be so strange for Bruce's character -- he's not as open and often as people like Clark or Diana with his encouragements, but it doesn't mean that he's incapable of doing so. The same goes for Clark's disposition here, just because the guy has always tried to hold back from expressing anger, doesn't mean he doesn't get mad at all.

I just can't imagine Batman trained three different young boys in fighting and detective skills and was a crap teacher and motivator. He's got to have done more than just beat them up and stalk off when they weren't doing well. And I agree, to have Clark lose control of his anger is just...odd. Is it that he's usually angry and has gotten Bruce or Diana's lack of control? I doubt that. So it seems to imply he's rarely as angry as Diana and/or Bruce, which just doesn't ring true. A tight leash on your destructive emotions doesn't mean you don't have them...if he's just a nice guy who never ( ... )
