Awwwww!! :D

This was lovely! I really loved Steve's voice in it, and how you showed how unused Diana is to the outside world. And I really liked her thoughts on the Statue of Liberty too, lol. :p

And of course the end... *happy sigh*

I like Diana as a sort of "fish out of water," although sometimes I have a hard time writing her that way! And Steve is just my image of the ideal man... :)

hehehe - way to go, Diana! :D

Excellent job on this one, you can totally feel Diana's unease, being in a really busy, really strange city. Poor thing, must have been a real shock. But I'm sure that with Steve around she'll be just fine in the long run. ;)

I often forget just how much culture shock Diana would tend to run into early on! All the things that are an outgrowth of gender relations would be baffling to her, it could get really overwhelming. And yeah, I like to imagine a version of Steve there to help her own...

I love the image of Steve being almost dipped by Diana as they kiss, not only is it a lovely role-reversal, it's pretty darn sexy too! And to have Steve bring Diana on their not-date to see the Statue of Liberty is brilliant -- Steve really knows what makes her tick. Aww, now I'm all mushy XD

Hee, it made me grin to imagine, and Steve enjoyed it a lot more than he would have expected. :)

I was searching for a mental prompt and put my iPod on shuffle and got "New York City," so the Statue definitely came to mind right away. :) Two goddesses in the big city...
