What the hell is wrong with people, don't they know that messing with a classic is just plain stupid. Oh wait, they wanna make money...don't make me laugh. Of course signing a petition won't help or for that matter make them stop but at least it gives you something to do.

given Hollywood's penchant for remaking films, when I first heard about this a couple months back I scarcely raised an eyebrow. Besides, it's not a great film. Fun, yes. Great thing for crowds and people, yes...

...but after about 2 years of going every week, and finally seeing it awa from the theater, it's not that great.

My feelings on this are much the same as with the remake of Death Race, which everybody loved the original even though it was a horrible film.

Not saying they should do it...but I can't imagine whatever they come with could be any worse than the original.
