I'm not sure about this Halloween thing, but it's not hard to dress up, really.
Maybe just a little painful.

A little girl gave me a flower, but I'm not sure why. O_o

I found a costume for Epona, too, but I don't think she likes it very much...

Quite honestly, I've only just learned of it as well. But from what I gather, there is a lot of lie and deceit, though done in jest. You get to dress up and steal ask for candy by knocking on doors and saying 'trick or treat'. I think the individual has a choice, whether to do a trick or give a treat.

....A mask?
