The local shire has just sent out the pet registration renewals for the year. All were correct, for the cats and dogs I have but...one for a dog that's been gone for over a year? And I didn't get last year's one? I rang said shire, oh this is the new CEO, the girl explained. Huh? Well, apparently the new CEO has said send out renewals for all pets

Good thing you checked! They say that people lose an extraordinary amount of money through routine. I.e. not checking for better deals and just renewing automatically and paying routine bills without checking that they are accurate.
