I have a question for all of the few and the proud that read my ramblings!

I'm not sure why I thought of this, but would you rather live with rage and anger, OR unbridled guilt and shame?

I'm curious to know what you think!

I'm going with rage and anger on this one, cuz there are ways to help it. I don't know what the heck I'd do about the shame thing.
