Ughh! Don't listen to what those suckers say, health looks hotter, they're just bitter coz they can't have your luscious breasts. (aha sounds wrong but it's the truth! Humans should be attracted to signs of fertility like ample bosom, wide hips, fresh skin etc, unless they're infertile of course, which I'm sure those people who critisize you are, hahaha!)
