(no subject)
Sooo. I had a tiff with my Dad today, and I know I deserved it, but it's got me feeling pretty shitty but I don't deal with depression by being depressed, so I'm not going there right now.
I deal with shit by being distracted, so I'm not cutting this for spoilers because a) volume 1 came out last fall and b) no one plays this game ANYWAY, but I tend to do cuts to hide stupid fangirling.
So it's really different from the first series in that I could get behind everything I was doing because Kite was actually a very nice character. A little noble, but determined, and good at making friends. Haseo is an asshole. A complete and utter dick, and I only put up with him because he runs around with a bare midriff showing off his skinny boy-hips. But now that he's classed up and covered up, he really disgusts me. BUT there are other attractive skinny boys with great hair to be had in this game, so it's okay. <3 Silabus.
Somehow, I deleted all my previous game data (probably to make room for FF12 files) so I only had an Infection lv 8 file to convert into extra goodies - a mis-directed email from Blackrose. You'd think, regardless of whether Kite and Blackrose stop playing, they'd still be fucking internet superstars. They made a lot of friends who knew what they were up to and not all of them can be trusted with secrets, so why doesn't everyone know about them? I should probably have played the first games over before I started playing G.U., but I don't have that kind of patience, seriously.
I only just got the Skeith (SKEITH!) avatar, so don't spoil me yet. Geez.
But but but? Macha. I may have shit a brick. Oh, Macha. <3
