So today we FINALLY went to see Up.

And Public Enemies.

And Transformers 2.

It never occurred to me that the reason my entire friend's list was FFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUU-ing over this movie was not because of some unforgivable and heart breaking plot twist--I honestly interpreted your collective level of rage with "Oh man, Bee is so going to die"-- ( Read more... )

I heard that one of the Autobots even has a gold tooth. D: And Bay says he doesn't stereotype his cast... ugh, how that man made millions off this I will never know.

Yeah. I am usually one of those fans who says "Well I kind of liked it!" to the big movies, even when most fans are upset (except Harry Potter lol) but Transformers 2 was just BAD. Really really bad. I liked the first one so I didn't expect much more from the second but for it to be on the same level, and it was like levels negative 24. Everything fans feared the first would be. And like you said, the sexism (and to me, the sexual jokes) were the worst. Take that off the table and the movie wouldn't have been near as awful. ):

Anyway, I'm glad you liked Up! It's such a great movie. I haven't heard anything but positive comments on it which is really exciting. :D
