“There are 47% of the people who will vote for the president no matter what… 47% who are with him, who are dependent upon government, who believe that they are victims, who believe the government has a responsibility to care for them, who believe that they are entitled to health care, to food, to housing, to you-name-it.”

You are amazing. I've been on tumblr the last few weeks, and all I've been seeing is so much hate for Romney and all this love for Obama, and I didn't even know how to begin articulating what will happen if Obama is re-elected in face of all this swooning love for him.

Can I please post this on tumblr? (I'll credit it to you, of course) or better yet, if you have a tumblr account, can you post it there so that I can reblog it? This was absolutely amazing, a real eye-opener.

I wasn't planning on voting in November, bec. I don't think my vote will matter, but thanks to you, I'm going to register to vote tomorrow bec. I don't want America to turn into Panem.

Wow. Thank you very much. I hope you're sincere because the feeling of having such a positive impact on someone is beyond wonderfully great. Please DO register to vote! It's an understandable attitude to have (especially once civics class covers the electoral college - boy, was that a depressing eye-opener for me...) but if everyone felt that way...

Please, post, link, and spread to your heart's content! I want nothing more!

Thank you again for the support!

Oh yes, I just downloaded the registration form online, and I'm planning on filling it out and sending it in tomorrow!

Haha, the electoral college is what made me decide not to bother with voting, and I figured the only thing that really comes from it is jury duty, which I wasn't interested in.

Thank you! I'm going to post it on tumblr tonight, and link it on facebook! I really hope this will change a few people's minds!

Hi, I was just wondering what your thoughts are now that the obamomination has returned to office?

(sorry, i hope my use of names isn't offending. i just still can't get over how so many americans stupidly believe that obama cares about them, and is actually going to be good for this economy =\)

Tuesday night I couldn't sleep and was sick to my stomach all Wednesday.

Right now: I'm upset I didn't start reading Atlas Shrugged (written in 1957) until Saturday November 3, 2012 and didn't read James Taggart's You-didn't-build-that Speech until 8:15 am Wednesday morning. Scariest passage in all of literature.

Oh man, I don't even know what to think! I'm reading all these articles about what's going to happen come January 1st when obamacare goes into effect and the Bush taxcuts expire! I'm so grateful that I have my teaching job, but at this point...I don't know if it's even something that I can count on having for the next year :( I forsee a lot of private schools shutting down bec. parents can't afford to pay the tuition, and consequently, schools can't afford to keep their teachers ( ... )

Right-wing and left-wing states forming their own separate countries makes perfect sense to me. Potential for corruption? Absolutely. But we fought and won our freedom from Britain, we fought to free the southern states' slaves... this is what happens when you take one too many freedoms away from people. I'm from mostly Democratic Pennsylvania, but I would consider moving to Texas, regardless of the financial strain or relocating, if they "seceded from the Union." See how the "Obamanation" (love that term of yours, by the way!) and their pets like it when there are no working taxpayers to pay for the bread and circuses they call welfare ( ... )
