Day 2 (Wednesday)

Nov 10, 2011 09:02

AKA the day where our feet were SO dead that when we returned home, the walk from our station to home took us twice the normal time XD

After a late morning departure - even though we woke up around 7pm, but we chilled too long in the kitchen - we first went to Meiji Jingu. Seems we had choosed a good day: it will soon be Shichigosan, and there were numerous kids with their families, all dressed up:

One funny thing is that when dads were catching us kyaaa-ing at their kids, they were getting all proud, suddenly walking in a much more dignified way XDDD
We also caught three wedding precessions... Seems it was a busy day at the temple.

After a visit to the J's shop and to a Kpop shop (it was TOTALLY because Blacki wanted to enter, i do NOT and will NEVER like Kpop XDDD), we went to the Laforet. This year, the Xmas tree is a Chloe one. Our main purpose was the two Kiwaseisakujo shops (they sell beads, charms, parts and such to make your own jewellery). Blacki spent a lot of cash
- and i bought two crystals the shape of Sailor Moon's Black Lady's earrings, so that Blacki can make me the same earrings XD
We needed to rest our feet, so we stopped to the cafe belonging to the shop. It's decorated with the head of Bambi's dad:

We were not hungry yet, so we strolled a bit before heading to the restaurant where he had planned to go. And here is the thing: we NEVER found that restaurant.Seriously, we turned for like an hour, and we even had a map XDDD At one point we reached a street where a dolled up girl was standing, and she suddenly came to us, asking if we were okay to let the photographer that was with her take snapshots of us for a fashion website. It was quite funny to do, and a major ego boost, but that doesn't fill an empty stomach, so after the shooting we continued our quest. I'm sorry to say that we had to give up, and we ended up going to eat in the first restaurant we found on the main street. Coincidentally, it was where Avril took me at the end of 2009 XDDD Even more scary: the waitress placed us AT THE SAME TABLE O__O

After eating a salada (and extrapoling on the love life of the people at the table behind us XD), we felt a bit better and went window-shopping on Takeshita Dori, also eating a crepe (seriously, how can girls eat that so easily? Both of us were unable to eat more than half of it, we had to keep them for later) and taking puri...

We (especially our feet, as everything had been done on high heels XD) were dead, and the way back home was extremely difficult XD We even crashed on our beds at like 10pm XDDD
