Girl took the papers, made us wait 20mn, then came back to make me write my name in katakana on various document copies before making us wait 20mn again... She finally came back and told us something like "

I can use his name for everyday life stuff but for official papers i must legally change the name on my passport first... which will cost me 80e, so i'm waiting a bit XD
