In need of advise

Okay, so I was offered, and accepted an internship before Christmas. There was supposed to be a meeting the first week of January, so we could start the second week. I talked to the director of the internship program, who is also the director of the department I would be working in, once since Christmas. She gave me information about my schedule ( Read more... )

Wow...that's pretty obnoxious. I would definitely go in and see what you can find out. if they were expecting you, you will just look very very responsible. If not, at least somebody there will be able to tell you if she has moved to Alaska or something. Ick. I'm sure they aren't trying to back out on you. That just wouldn't make any sense!! Good luck!

P.S. Are you British now? What's this "advise" nonsense? Or am I just delirious and that's how you spell it... my verbal comprehension is lower than my math according to the GRE....

It's advice. I don't know about advise- is that British? It's possible that I picked that up from some crazy HP website. I like to use the spelling colour and flavour and stuff now. Don't know.
