oh my god - we just put an offer on a house. This is about the scariest thing I've ever done! We low-balled it a bit so I wouldn't be surprised AT ALL if we don't get it, but if we do - cool.

on an unrelated note - I think I've been sick FOREVER, but I've put off cleaning long enough. Off to it!
