time seems to be flying by for some reason. i swear, it doesn't seem like september is almost over. today was my sister -n- law's birthday. i gave her a call and we talked for a few minutes. i had to let her go though, she was studying. it is her 2nd year in medical school, she said this year was much harder. i believe her. it's un-real how

Yeah, I know...time is def flying by. I can't believe it's only like 2 months til Christmas!!!! It's kind of exciting though, b/c I'll get to come home and spend time with my family. I use to get to come home like every other weekend, but I can't do that now, b/c I always have things on the weekends that I have to do. I know how you feel about not seeing your parents. I feel the same way. I talk to them almost everyday, though. My dad calls me every night to tell me goodnight and he loves me...isn't that sweet??!! My sister is also preg. She's about 4 1/2 months, so I miss seeing her little fat belly and stuff. It'll all be worth it in the end though. I feel like reading your journal entries is the only way I can keep in touch w/ you!!-sad, huh/??-hahaha, I look at your pics and stuff and it makes me miss workin' at Goody's w/ ya. Well, girl, keep updating, so that I know how you are and what's going on back home!!! Oh, get this, the girls in my pledge class are making me get DIXIE put on the back of my shirt, b/c i'm so

Hey Girl!
I am the same way, I talk to my Mom almost every day. I miss them a lot. I didn't know your sister was having another baby. I bet she's excited. :) I'm sure you stay super busy, but it will all be worth it in the end. You take care and hopefully we'll get to see one another when you come in. I can't believe they are gonna make you put that on the back of your shirt....that's so funny!!! Good ole Dixie..that's hilarious. thanks for the comment. I love ya girlie!

sorry this comment is like a month old but i just now read this entry. i feel for becky...tyson is always talking about how rough the medical interns on his team have it at duke. when they are on long call and he has to pull like an 18 hour day, they have to pull a 48 hour shift. he is always talking about how smart they are and how hard they work. i'm sure it will all pay off, but i know i couldn't do it. so go becky! =) i hope she had a good birthday minus the studying...

hay girl, it's ok...i just commented in your journal that almost a month old too! haha. i couldn't do it either, i swear, she studies 24/7. but, i guess she has to in order to understand and do good. i think she had a good birthday, i guess all the studying put a damper on it. but, thanks for the comment!
