For all you rennie-types out there- The season has finally ended and I think most of us have dried off. What was everyone's high point of faire this year?

For me, it was sitting on the swan swing with my love, a pirate and the queen listening to Wild Mountain Thyme. It definitely kept me warm on a cold damp day.

My personal highlight occured the last Saturday of Faire. I got to have my 'grandbaby' (aka the Truffle Trollop baby) up on stage with me during main pub 1 for 3 songs. I had hoped he'd stay up there with me for 1 song (normally he is constant movement!) but he made it thru 3 songs! I love this little boy so much. He is being taught by his parents & his whole maternal family to call me nanny, which touches me more then I can say. I get to take care of him every Wednesday & it's my favorite day of the week. He's become a real kisser, which is wonderful. Now if he would just get the concept that a kiss is not done with a wide open (usually drooly) mouth!! At least not at this age!

My high point? My being welcomed so easily to KRF as a visiting noble...oh and having my cousin give reverence and having mom and my hand maiden...lol.
