I am in the shittiest mood today. First off, I was all set to stay up to watch SNL last night, and I was very disappointed when it came on, cuz it was the one that Justin Timberlake hosted. Don't get me wrong--i love that one, it's hysterical-but i have it on tape and i've seen it a million times. So anyways, I was studying for SATs at the same ( Read more... )

nothing is wrong with you. if you mean about not being in a relationship, maybe its cuz you dont tell people how you feel (i mean the guy, not everyone else). and its their loss, because you're a great person, honestly. and if you mean about not wanting to go to college and stuff, you're not the only one. i REALLY dont wanna go to college, i hate the thought of leaving behind everything/one that i know and love. i dont wanna be on my own. its wicked scary. thats one of the reasons i never did PCC.
and the whole 'why doesnt anyone care about me the way that i care about everyone else'... you're my best friend. i love you. seriously, you've helped me a lot.

Jillyo... there is nothing wrong with you... you are an amazing person and if people (guys) don't see that... then screw them! there is someone out there that will be perfect for you and will love you the same way you love them... i know it will happen for you and it will happen for me too eventually. i completely understand that whole not wanting to go to college thing... i still don't really want to even be here... but its getting better each day. You will make friends so easily because of your great personality and you won't have a problem adjusting on that part. the whole week before i left, i cried about not wanting to leave bridgewater and my friends. everything i knew was in that town and moving to Boston was a BIG change. Even when i got here.. it was hard dealing. Amanda came and visited me the second day i was here, and when she left, i balled my eyes out! It's hard not seeing your old friends everyday. But talking to them on the phone and online really helps. You won't lose contact with your old friends that easily. Don't ( ... )

Ok Jill, Listen to me. Why do u think no one cares about you? I've been there for you for the past 12 years. You're an awesome friend and you can always make people laugh. That's why I make fun of you: i know u can take it and you know that I'm only kidding. You're smart, you're fun to be with, you're attractive, and you're an awesome friend. Anyone would be lucky to have you as a friend. As for the college thing, its just something that you're gonna have to deal with. Everyones gonna go through it, and we cant escape that. So let's just have a blast senior year and go out in style!

Alright, I'll answer your questions:
"what's wrong with me?"-Nothing. Absolutely nothing. And if someone is making you feel like there's something wrong with you, you seriously need to reconsider your whole attitude towards them.
"why do i feel like shit and why doesn't anyone care about me the way that i care about everyone else?"-I know for a fact that there's someone out there that cares about you as much as you care about other people. Trust me.

Jill, I'm sorry that you're depressed, but you can't start acting like it's the end of the world. You have to think to yourself, "is this person I'm always thinking about worth all this hassle and depression?" If you think they are, then you need to do something, and if not, then just move on because there are other people out there just waiting for a fun, happy, attractive person to come along.
I hope you feel better.

-Not who you think it is

Who's to say you have to move away? If you're scared of goign away, stay local. there are plenty of good schools around here. sure its not north carolina but whatever. it doesn't really matter what school you go to, you're goign to get an education, and you will be prepared for what comes after. I allready decided on UMASS Dartmouth. I'm doing early decision there and if for some reason i don't get accepted on early decision its not a big deal. there are plenty of other places. I don't want to go away...i like it here.
