And there were a lot of dials that told him something, but we're not quite sure what ;)

I'd probably want to be at the 4077th M*A*S*H. Once you're there, you've got a 97% chance of survival. Can't get much better than that!

Yeah, the hard part is getting there. And I'm not sure I want BJ or Hawkeye operating on me, even with such good odds.

Houlihan, maybe... Rrrrar!

Unless you got Frank as your surgeon!

To Frank's credit, he never lost a patient on-screen. There were references to dead patients, and he gave up on one once and nearly lost another, but never actually had one die on the table (in the TV series at least).

Oh God.... I agree with the above posters about the MASH unit... If not, then I would love to go to the hospital that Dr. House works for just for the comedy value (if there is any in sickness)

Yeah...but--- You also have a bit of "them" with you, peering out through your eyes for the rest of your life, which could be a VERY long time, depending on what "improvements" they made (some of them hidden).

(Funny thing, this is a popular little "gotcha" sci-fi writers incorporate into stories where characters are "helped"---or "tinkered with"---by superior intelligences. My novel, "Redeeming Factors", hinted at this with a few characters, although I think most readers missed it. *evil grin!*)
