I can't see any of the comments in communities. I can see how many comments there are, but they are not showing up in communities and some ind. posts.

any clues?

googling to find the answer doesn't help, because I can't see the comments...

think it might be ghostery related but it's not consistent....

I can see comments in communities fine and I have ghostery installed. Have you tried in site style? Can you link to a post where this happens for you?

I don't have a full profile page either, I can't see my communities, but I can navigate and view them if I remember their names.

Like when you choose in your settings to display entries not in the journal's own style but in the LJ site-wide style you've chosen. That is my default, because I just can't cope with weird journal styles when I need proper threading and such.

i can't select that opton because I have a basic account.

perhaps it's a exetension or fouled plugin.
