I hope you reported the card stolen as soon as you noticed it was missing. If so, you can contest the charges as long as the card was signed on the back. I would go to the bank ask them exactly what needs to be done. Corporate investigations should be reviewing what happened. You should find out what the statue of limitations is and try to take care the situtation as soon as possible.
As for Amanda...well it sounds like you too have issues to work out. I know that no hospital ever would send employees to work at Wilson Leather. Simple end to the confussion-- Have you ever seen a pay check stub or called her at work??? Does she ever talk about her day and her co-workers? If not... then something is fishy.

Her work story: She talked about work all the time, constantly. About patients and charts and the whole bit. All the time. I just dropped her at the mall. Never seen a paycheck stub, never called her work.

Hmm. I dunno. I don't know her and my opinion shouldn't matter. It is really up to you. She could be telling the truth or she could be fabricating the whole story. My friends in high school (whom I am no longer friends with) would make up all kinds of lies and keep them going for years because they had nothing better to do. Ok, I have to say that the whole Wilson's Leather / Alexian Brothers thing is DEFINETLY wrong since there are always plenty of things to do at a medical office. Not only that but Katie mentioned to me that she makes so much money but can't get a place on her own? Or atleast co-own a place with you if you wanted to move out? I don't understand that one.
