He speaks! And wisely, at that. Awesome. I like the idea of drawing the story arc(h) out on butcher paper-- do you do all the arcs on one sheet, or on separate sheets? It seems to me that doing them all on one sheet would be a neat way to see how they all work together.

Ark - A vessel.
Arc - A parabola or semicircle
Arch - an architectural structure that forms an arc

So you've got a great idea for a story. You've got some good characters, some
good plot, maybe a great scene or two in mind. You're ready to plunge in!

If only you could figure out WHERE to plunge in.
