Where'd it Come From?

I've heard from multiple people now that Dell is pulling tech support from India. I already knew about corporate dell but am unable to find any information about anything else. If anybody has a link or can say where this information came from I'm interested to find out.

I heard info on it from CNN while I was sitting around waiting to get shafted at the cap gemini contract .. but that's about all I've heard in regards to that.
