Got into MCLA with 2,000 dollars a year academic merit scholarship..... haven't ever been there..... it's in North Adam too, which is like WAY at the other end of the world (the world being Mass.) it's like, farther away than Amherst..... a lot.... although, i could just drive like 15 minutes into Vermont and not have to pay Mass. taxes all the

Good for you about the acceptance AND scholarhip! MCLA gave me money, too, but I had some reservations about the school (tbh I can't remember why, though). I would visit and look into it more before making a descision. I know how you feel about Boston... that's how I'm feeling right now. But Boston's always good to visit, and I have friends who live there so you and I could always make day trips and/or stay at a friend's dorm if you want (if I don't stay next year).

Anyway I hope all's going well for you, and we should hang out soon! I love you and miss you TOOOOONNNNS!

my uncle went to college in North Adams. i remember i really liked it when we went there, but there was a really big hairpin turn on the way which was kinda scary. otherwise my only other impression was their beer pyramid in his apartment.

its not that far from amherst though is it?

ya, it's not very far from amherst at all... i dont know anything about it at all though, so im definately gonna wait around for the other ones.
