I changed my background around on here. It's ALOT different. Though I know it won't end up looking right to some people. If it doesn't just hit F11 and that should make it look right

I finally saw 'Pirates of the Carribean' yesterday. It was alright. Not as spectacular as everyone made it out to be. I did enjoy Jack's hand motions (the way he was always making his wrist go limp and flopping his hand around).
Most folks would say that hand motion is stereotypically gay.
Pirates of the Carribean was an excellent movie; unfortunately, it suffered from being overhyped. By kissing the movie's butt, the media set you up for a disappointment. Anybody who didn't see the movie before the friggin critics sunk their tallons into it pretty much got screwed.
Johnny Depp is an amazing actor! The man doesn't cease to amaze me with each role he plays!
You're right... I realized that perhaps the movie is not as brilliant as I made it out to be... but wait. I never really thought it was. It may have sounded like it... but it was always Captain Jack Sparrow that was brilliant... Everyone elses' characters were flat next to him... He made the movie shine.
Gay... I don't think the way he moved his hand was as gay as his swagger... and then his swagger did not scream "gay" as much as it did "drunk!!!" And his wrist was never limp and flopping. It was more... fluid... flowing... His motions were... like the sea.

It wasn't just you that thought it was a great movie. All the critics and all those commercials and things like that made it out to be one of the best movies of the year.
I REALLY think his hand movements were 'gay-like'. I didn't really notice a swagger as much as I did his hand. He was always letting it flop around.

*Snuggles* 'Tis been a long time since I've talked to you peenay! Currently I work on my essay for the play Pygmalian... otherwise I would love to call you! Of course I always need my breaks to glance at livejournal and hope something will distract me for a while... *Grins and mushes

Ew. Essays. Blah.
Maybe his hand 'flop' was kind of graceful, but it's still 'gay-like' nonetheless. I mean, you don't see guys walking around talking with their hands like that.
I'm going to watch LOTR:TTT. My mom rented it for me...and I'm bored. I might write some while I watch. Or work on icons or something. I made this one *points to her Seb icon* last night while we were watching a movie. *grins*

Yeah, but I just feel mean saying that.
And Johnny Depp is great. Edward Scissorhands was my favorite movie when I was younger. Everytime we'd go rent a movie, I had to have that one.
