Monday was ok for reading. She's still reading Ivy & Beans (she got a bunch of them for Christmas) herself and we started Baby Island at bedtime. We played Ticket to Ride, a game with very little educational value unless you need practice pronouncing the names of a few cities. Nonetheless, I'm counting it as language arts. Art co-op is at my house, yay! We were talking about lines today and at first the kids were supposed to look at some different marks on a page and tell me which ones looked calm, scary, happy, and so forth. Way too abstract for this group.
