Last week's stay at home vacation seemed to be just what I needed - lots of down time. The weather decided to cooperate on most days, but not all. The last day of the vacation Michael and I decided to drive up to Paradise on Mount Rainier, but the only thing you could see was fog. Lots and lots of fog. Glad to see you are doing well! Working out is hard. I probably need to get a trainer. I lifted weights today for the first time in I don't know how long. :P Now I'm all sore.

Time off sounds so good right now... but that's only 7 weeks away for me. yipes!

Hey! Long time no comment. :) Glad you enjoyed your week off. I have a week of vacation coming up at the end of this month... can't wait. Good to hear you're keeping up with the personal trainer sessions too. I've been slacking off from the gym for almost a month now. :( Stressing over my grandma's health, and work, and various other crap just seems to sap my energy. Hopefully in the coming weeks I can get back into some semblance of a workout routine...
