When you mentioned that, I recalled an article in our "knowledge base" at work, that usually outlined P&Ps for troubleshooting cell phones and other internal policies.

One was made by an employee in case of nuclear attack.

The first step was to log off your computer, and ensure that you logged off the phone and pull the base. *snicker*
