So, I am re-doing a bathroom at my house. I was putting up new molding around the door and I had two hammers next to me. I grabbed the small one and started to pound the nail in. Of course the nails goes about 1/2 way in and stops. So I switch to the bigger hammer. BANG, BANG, THUD

Oww! The thought is painful!

Take care of it. I've lost a nail or two along the way, and they take time to grow back. You may have to splint it for a while if you cracked the bone, and if you did worse, get it taken care of, sir.

OBTW, your son is definitely yours. Be direct, you raise direct kids. :-)

My son is 10 and my daughter is 7.

The bleeding has stopped. It felt OK today, except when you smash it against something (like I've done all day long forgetting it's hurt).

It's nothing 2 or 12 beers won't fix.

I have a pretty high threshold for pain. After all, I just had my 15th wedding anniversary.
