Last night was a lot of fun. I hung out with Mary, whom I had not seen in several years. We got sushi, and hit up goodwill (which was closed) and then K-Mart in preparation for going to Victoria's White Trash Bash. I saw the doctor today, and looked at the results from the tests that have been done, and it seems like my next step is what they call Watchful Waiting, which involves doing nothing and getting blood tests done every month or so. Home again, home again, jiggity jig. I'm back, and awake and aware enough to post about it. Surgery was a success, x-rays came back clean, so it's looking pretty good. Going in for some scans next week, then meeting up with an oncologist to figure out what the next step is.

On the bright side, now I can have all sorts of cute nicknames, like "

Wow. I just came back from seeing Video games live, an orchestral concert featuring many varied and sundry video game themes. The thing was RAD. Watching Kanon is making me sad. Just got done with episode 9.

I just picked up Guitar Hero II. The difficulty is so much higher than the first one. It ramps up quicker, and peaks higher. I LOVE IT.
